MFC ahead of the curve and amazing customer service.

Recently financed my new car through MFC - I was a little hesitant to change banks because I always use Wesbank for my banking as it is linked to FNB and I like having everything under one roof.

HOWEVER

Wesbank service has always TERRIBLE!

MFC is like a breathe of fresh air on a humid day. Not only did they give me the lowest interest rate to any other bank but they also were in constant contact with me and always made sure that I the customer was happy, on top of all that my debit orders only went off three months after I already had the vehicle which during COVID-19 was a welcome little help to keep my finances afloat.

I will NEVER EVER deal with Wesbank again because now I actually know what good service feels like.

Well done MFC! I will most certainly recommend to anyone that is looking to finance their vehicle to deal with MFC as they are on the ball and very helpful.

Wesbank is a bunch of *********** idiots who only want to fleece you of as much money as possible and give you absolutly ******* service while doing it.

I will never look back - looking forward to moving all my banking over to Nedbank.
