Mfc

I feel like ever since I've been paying my car... At some point the balance keep went up. On the 27th July 2022 I spoke with one of mfc person which I wont mention her name yet and I complained about my balance and she confirmed to me that my balance is seating on what I knew It should be seating on however on Nedbank app it went up with more than R2900. I called mfc consultant which she irritated me more as I couldn't understand the nonsense that she was explaining. And I need a clarification on this as I am also looking forward to find ways to move my car away from mfc.
