MFC adding value product without consent..

After querying emails I got, I comp**** and sent proof of insurance to them, they confirmed receipt and that it is valid. Today I get a confirmation letter that the Motor Happy Vehicle debt protection that I requested has been added to my account and an additional R 635.91 will be added to my premium monthly... I have no knowledge of this nor did I request it....rhwy told me to contact Motorhappy regarding it, the claim no knowledge of it.. These people seem intent on Co tinously harassing and threatening me...
