MFC adding value added products to my account without my consent. Now I must complete forms and send back and sit with this ****, not my problem. MFC please fix your mistake. Thanks

Hi, I got an email stating that my "complaint will be investigated and we will advise you of the outcome of our investigation within a minimum period of 72 hours." This needs to be resolved before my first debit order date which is 25/12/2018. Thanks,
