MFC accounts messup

Payment skipped in June!!! MFC why is there a skipped payment on my credit score. I have never in my life skipped a payment to MFC. Please rectify as this is untrue. I contacted the MFC callcenter and they are unaware of a missed payment as everything is upto date. MFC resolve this and update my credit score else I will move my business to someone else . Shocked at the errors made by MFC.
