MFC account

Greetings I trust you are well. I had a car financed by MFC and I have never skipped payment until I noticed that there was an amount of R3700 in total from Jan 2019 - Feb 2019 debited from my account and.

I had an accident on the 3rd of Dec 2018 unfortunately it was written off and my insurance (Nedbank insurance) settled the remaining amounth on the 18th but the monthly payment was paid as usual from my account every month on the 15th.

I am currently out of the country but I called to enquiry and I was told they debited the money because I'm on arrears. I don't understand because I've been paying every month, and the last MFC statement (Nov 2018) says R0.00 arrears.

They even debited twice on Feb 2019. This is so disappointing please help me. As I have mentioned that I'm out of the country you can contact me on my number +***24 or email please help.
