MFC Account *** settled but no refund

MFC account was settled & closed off end of July and all confirmations received. Expected refund for the debit order that went through in July but still nothing yet. A number of follow up calls made and I was promised that the money will reflect within 5-7 working days and now its more than 10 days. Please assist.
