I called hem on Thursday(17 November 2022) last week to find out about the financial status of my car, i was told that it was in recovery dept Mr Ndlovu will call me and that never happened, I called again this morning, i was assisted by a very helpful guy until the call was cut off; then I called again then the very rude lady, with no listening skills answered, it was between 8:16 she told me the car I was enquiring about was not on their system; she later said she will connect me to their legal dept which it never happened, so i know that if i go this route of hello Peter i will be assisted.

please help med i need to know about this car someone has put 'for sale' note on it
