MFC a division on Nedbank sé g**

I paid off my during the lockdown and was told the ownership papers will be sent when lockdown regulations have been eased. MFC delivered the papers on the 12th of June to my work place, but they delivered them to a stranger. I contacted them a month later to say I’ve beeeeen waiting, then I was told the papers were delivered on the 12th of June. I had no knowledge of the delivery, I was not called or notified of anything. It’s September and they’re still “investigating” this matter. I am land as hell because any ********** activities can be done with my personal information and those ownership papers. MFC has done absolutely nothing to assist me with this matter. All they do is put me through to their air-headed courier company, with equally, if not more than useless staff.
