Good day nedbank mfc division there no excellency nor professionalism i was st********** by an consultant she called me when i was driving around 4 and i have ask her to call me later however she proceeded and said she doesnt see any payment for that month and by that time payment was already been done by eft and it was different banks, she said when am i paying said i for which payment is she referring to as i have made payment sunday night and she was calling me on Tuesday around 3 and i said to her call me later around 5 she then hanged up on me and 10 min later i received sms that i have been handed oer and i have to pay extra costs and my account wasn't in arrears by that time as that payment was my to date amount with on arrears, she was rude, arrogant and unprofessional, i so fed up with this kind of bank and attitude from our back sisters and brothers my contact *** nelson mphahlele
