MFC

There was an arraignment made, I paid the arraignment. But they still took another instalment which was not agreed upon. I had to send bank statements showing it. I was told they would refund me within 5-7 working days. It’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have my refund.. I have called every day for the past 4 days and still no one has called me back.
