MFC

First of all want to say that i love banking with Nedbank.

MFC on the other hand... my vehicle is financed through MFC and before i could even take delivery of the vehicle i had to provide them with proof of insurance, which i did. Fast forward a few months and i get an email informing me that an amount of about R500 will be added to my installment because i did not provide them with proof of insurance. Now my vehicle is insured by Nedbank and MFC is a company of Nedbank, wont be too difficult for them to communicate with each other and obtain what they need then, won't it? Seeing as they can apparently alter your installments as they wish (might need to add that my vehicle does not have varying installments as it is on a fixed interest rate). After a long fight i eventually gave up and got the proof of insurance and sent to them again. Now this morning got an email again that i need to send them proof of insurance again after already doing so 2days back. Not happy at all.
