Mfc

We recently paid off our car at MFC but they still deducted the monthly payment, we phoned them and they reversed the transaction and said it will take 7 to 10 day before we get the money back. It is day 12 and no money. They are very quick to deduct your money but when it comes to paying you back, well theres nothing to say.
