Mfc

I recently financed a vehicle with MFC a day or 2 later someone called me expalining to me that there is a policy for retrenchment eg of R150 THAT IS PART OF MY FINACE PACKAGE..i asked after the agent said its included in my package he said yes..only to see a depit order going of on the 25th of Nov of R150 and receiving my policy documents the same day as the depit order...after i was told it is part of my package!!!!!! So i send an email to cancel this just to get a form where i have to complete the whole pedigree of my vehicle wat i dont understand as my vehicle is financed with MFC so they should have all my details...and the worst it will take 21 days to cancel the policy...i find this ********** and want this policy canceled immediately
