MFC

I have NEVER experienced such a lot of incompetency in one company. I am employed as a freelancer, and due to a lot of cancelled contracts during the first semester of this year, my motorbike was reposessed. A Harley Davidson Road King Classic to be precise. This bike comes from the factory with a windscreen. Due to MFC's incompetence, no such thing is stipulated on their forms when they collect the vehicle. So as a result of this, my screen, with leather screen pouches and HD scrren speaker "was not on the bike" when they collected the bike. Together with this, they did service booklet and spare keys was not recieved either. RIDICULOUS!!!! Further more, the bike has a book value of around R130 000. They valued it at R55 000 to go on auction. DID THEY MISTAKE IT FOR A BICYCLE??? TOTAL IDIOTS! I found a buyer for the bike, willing to pay R120 000 cash, went through all their channels to book a viewing for this person, and when he arrived there, they told him there was no such a bike there. ******* AS WELL!!! I've since payed up the arrears on the bike, got the bike back, BUT BECAUSE OF THE MFC GANG OF ****S, LOST IN ACCESS OF R20 000 damages on this bike. PLEASE BE AWARE. THIS IS A TYPICAL SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY. *******, AND THIEVING. NOT WILLING TO TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY. AND EXTREMELY QUICK TO PASS THE BUC****
