MFC... -100

If there was an option to give less than 1 star I would give -100. I have phoned a few times over the past month 02/01 around 09:32 for 11min then 15/01 from 14:47 and again 15:01 for a combined time of 48 min and again on 29/02 also for around 30min. Here I am trying to get my debit order date changed which can be confirmed on all of those calls that I made this request.. 29/02 I speak to someone with some sense and I am able to change my debit date.. I was advised that debits will go off today and again on the first... both were debited today you knobs.. I advised that agent that it must be changed so that the debit date is 01/04 and from there on on the 1st of each month.. she said she will change it so that I'm debited on the fist of the month from April... WHAT A ****.. I also said to remove Debicheck from my account and it was confirmed it will be removed... lies again

I have to give this lady props because she didn't come with the nonsense reasoning that it is in you contract and Debicheck is your debit order mandate.. Really? Do they think the average consumer is dumber than they are.. cmon..

Tomorrow I'm going to my bank and reversing the 2nd debit you took from my account and you can take your debit again on 01/04... I will also start looking at options to approach other finance houses as I cannot speak to stupid anymore.
