Messed up

My name is Daniel Boltman and I need urgent assistance please.I bought a renault triber through you guys.my first payment went off.The second and third went off ,but was somehow returned without me knowing.My bank fnb say its nebbank and nedbank saldanha don't want to help.A repossession agency called me the third of August and my car was reposessed two hours after the call.Thought I will be able to get the car back the 25th this month if I pay the arrears.During this month I received an sms that the car have been assessed and is assessed to be worth 100 000.I had the car three months and it's worth 300 000....I just received an smsMR DA BOLTMAN - release amount R 15 820.00 valid until 23/08/2021 Nedbank, Acc Number, ***, Branch Code, 198765, Ref *** ?Itu *** ........and .......Please send ID, Driver?s license, proof of payment, insurance, residence, Payslip and bank statement to Email : ***

I cannot loose the car guys.This was not my fault and how must I get R15 820 if my pay date is the 25th.They repossessed the car two months after without notifying me of the problem.....

I will be able to pay the R6400 that I am in arrears but really guys , this is wrong
