Very disappointed with MFC , requested to do a debit switch on Friday due to change of bank to my suprise they decided to take up my instalment but I’m on a fixed interest which means “A fixed-rate payment is an instalment loan with an interest rate that cannot be changed during the life of the loan”. How is that possible???!!!
