Mechanical Warranty not Paid by MFC insurance

My name is Nkosinathi, I had a mechanical breakdown of a vehicle. I reported the incident to the insurance company(Executive Vintage) 012 *** . I knew I was covered for mechanical breakdown including the engine. No signs have shown that there was a problem. from lunch coming to the office , it would not start.<br> The vehicle was carried to the closest Audi centre around February 2015, I informed the dealer whom I bought the vehicle from Audi centre East Rand about the issue. He recommended the car be checked at Audi centre and they will give him feedback.<br> The Centre informed me they will attend to the car after a month or more and I needed the vehicle. I took the vehicle since I got no satisfaction when I was informed that I was not covered for mechanical warranty from the Centre. I paid the amount to fix the vehicle and later on the year when I enquired, I was covered for the warranty. I requested a refund but no assistance as I am told did we give you a go ahead to fix the car? when I enquired if I am covered. I feel betrayed by both the East Rand Audi Centre Dealer and MFC for misinforming me then. I wish to get all the money I used to fix the vehicle.<br> <br> Regards
