MCF ruining my credit score

I'd like to share my horrible experience with Mfc, I've never experienced such from these people, firstly they has my incorrect details saved on their side and the claimed that they gave sent me a link to update my debit order, I've fought with their consultants back and forth telling them that I've never received any link, today my installment is in arrears when I told them to check if my details "email address" tell me whose fault why is my credit score dragged by MCF like this I'm disappointed
