MFC financed my car and everything went well for five years. Then I was involved in an accident and my car was written off. This was February this year. I have now struggled by writing emails,made phone calls which have just never been answered to get my money back and for them to rectify the mistakes they have made on my account. with absolute no constructive feedback or help. After sending detaied message to their care Center I would get an answer back saying, please send more information/detaill or phone this number. I would phone the recommended number, requested to be put through to a manager, The phone would ring no answer and then I am just cut off. I phone another number, asked for a Snr manger, got a name, Tina and a number, I have now made 7 calls to that number. Always voice message, Tina is not available. I am being referred to managers who just never answer their phones, The consequence is that I am now four months without transport as I do not get my money back and can't buy a car again. I have read the revies on MFC's own page and was horrified about all the negative comments about their service to clients.
