Mapaseka Ngakane is the best!!

Had a ballon and instead of deducting the full outstanding amount Nedbank decided to start a new loan for me on my behalf. When I called the first guy I spoke sent me a settlement statement which included a penaly fee for a loan I didnt apply to. But from the call I could tell that he had a bad attitude and wasnt willing to what I was saying. Logged a complaint on their website and I got a call from Mapaseka. My issue was sorted in one call and a new settlement statement was sent. I see alot of bad reviews about MFC here on hellopeter. But I believe it is who you get to assist you that determines if your issue is resolved to your satisfaction or not. She was wonderful and helpful. Some people in your company still need training on customer service obviously. Big ups to you Mapaseka for doing your work so efficiently.
