This is beyond comprehension that a national company can be so poorly managed. A few months ago I put them in the spot light for calling me,while I'm paying on time with proof of payment being send to them. We came to an agreement that MFC would change my payment date from the 1st to the 3rd of each month. I received a new contract stating the agreement. My payments were lower and I've acted accordingly, but still paid more than the asking amount. With the lowering of the interest rates,my payments were adjusted as to the old contract,thus more than the new AGREED amount. Then on 2nd of October 2024,I was again harassed for late payment. The joke is,that I received a letter of acknowledgment of the proof of payment, that I made on 1st Oct 2024. This is the kind of service this national company gives to their customers. It's very clear that someone in this company don't have a clue of what the content of a contract means,or how to honor a contract. Looking at all the bad reviews, on this platform, says a mighty lot about the management of this company. I sincerely hope that they will employ people who cares for their customers.
