Making us look bad

Mfc says i am in arrears. I have bought 4 cars through them and now they tell me that the 4th car is in arrears. I have never missed a payment how can i be in arrears. When i call in to ask to speak to a manager nobody has contacted me back. Just shows how they value long term clients and how they make you look bad just for them to get extra costs. If you do not sort this out i will going to the ombudsman.
