Loyalty Does'nt mean Anything to them

I have bought 3 cars using MFC and during those contracts I never missed a payment. I was unfortunately retrenched and wanted to settle the car. I requested a settlement amount I was given. I then called them and explained my situation and requested the to give me just an additional amount as their loyal customer and also a potential future customer. I was disappointed that the are not will give even a futher R1000.00 yet I have been loyal customer and now in a desperate situation. This to me shows that to the banks you are only important if they can still get their instalment and charge you interest they are not will to help, they don't have any acceptions
