Lost My Employments

I was approved for Finance in trading in my vehicle which my current finance was already with MFC and when they went to do the validation of employments as i have 2 separate incomes to provide for my family. A person that was confirming employment to do the final approval stage private and confidential information was discussed. i was told from my employee that the bank MFC stated you have two payslips, this info is confidential and my other employment wasn't suppose to be mentioned in confirming employment with. i have now lost both of my incomes of R34 000 Net Salary from two seperate companies as the validation stated and gave out my 1 employer to another, this is alos against the law of the CPA and the POPI Act as i gave no permission for my one company to know i work for another company.

i know that MFC might find this a joke and that is concerning me as i discussed with multiple people at MFC one person being MR JP Viljoen which said that that was not suppose to be done and that info wasnt suppose to be released but it has and now MFC have put my family and myself with No income as private and confidential information was released.

i will also be cnotacting te CPA and Attorneys regarding this case as this has put me on a very big financial loss.
