Letters

Hi there.

My name is Edith Botha and i want to complain about the service of "mfc". I need a settlement letter as well as a copy of the registration letter of my 2016 Ford Figo 1.4 Ambiente. I went to the bank and a guy called "Brain" told me i can only do it online and so i did. That was tuesday, today is thursday and i'm still waiting. I think this is totally not on. I urgently need that 2 letters for the insurance because i've been in a car accident and they wrote my car off, now they need that letters to pay me out.

Like a said, i am without transport now and it is just as if nedbank don't care, mfc is with nedbank. I will appreciate it if you can help me getting those letters as soon as possible please. If you need anything from me, please mail me at ***.
