Lack of Empathy

I’ve bought two cars with MFC and have a relationship with MFC for over 3 years. Due to a medical emergency concerning my son, I had to re-route some funds. I couldn’t fully honor payments but still made payments. So after over THREE years of good payments and not being able to make full payment TWICE out of the THREE years MFC has handed me over! I did not run away. I had a real life problem. I made payments though not full to show willingness. Can I just state again the it’s TWICE out of over THREE years! Really MFC?? If this has been a monthly thing over this business relationship I would understand completely but TWICE over THREE years!
