Kgomotso Mathebula ignoring email requests since last week

I sent an email to Belinda Botha, requesting to know what the outstanding balance of my account is. She cc'd me in an email requesting her colleague Kgomotso Mathebula to assist me with my request. I have been sending follow up emails to Kgomotso Mathebula who has chosen to ignore my numerous requests since last week. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email was sent. Absolutely disgusting.......

Please may I have someone attend to my request!!!
