Keeping account in arrears!!! Cant proof where charges came from
When lockdown began in march 2020,our income was affected and therefore could not pay monthly installments for the vehicle. Arrangements were made until we were able to resume payments, however the account fell into arrears.
We struggled to pay the arrears for so long and. Now when we finally settled arreas of close to R10000 MFC COMES BACK AND SEND A STATEMENT SAYING THE ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS OF R700 and something. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!
Do YAL REALISE HOW HARD IT WAS TO FINALY SETTLE THOSE ARREARS WITH R9500 CASH??
I have asked for explanation of where those"collection fees" came from, all i get is automated response"WE ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE FEEDBACK" NO FEEDBACK YET THEY ARE PERSUING COLLECTION OF THE MONEY THEY CANT EXPLAIN HOW IT CAME ABOUT.
I have sent screenshots to proof that the "arrears" are a ****!!! Yet they wont STOP HARRASSING US. This goes to show that they still didnt care to update itc that the account is not up to date because clearly according to them the account is still in arrears. Wow!!!
I have seen people complain and cry about how horrible mfc and its people are,but i was hopeful that we would have a different experience, but no here we are!!!!
We thought that we finally got out of arrears but NO MFC IS HAPPY TO KEEP THE ACCOUNT IN ARREARS SO THEY CAN MAKE MONEY OUT OF THE SITUATION WHILE HARASSING US IN THE PROCESS, its PATHETIC
