Its about my car installment.

i have been waiting for them to debit their installment, and they have not, i have spoken to different consultant from NFC, they all have been given me the run runarounds,

i firstly sent them an email on the 07th July 2017 asking them why they promise to get back to me within 48 hours, of which they did not, i have also sent email to my dealership and they have not responded

i firstly spoke to Kgomotso Thoka and she promise that the they will debit my account on the 29th August, then when i got an email from them again they said, will NAEDO my account on the 30th August, till today they have not debited.

i also got an email from Mokwari Chad, Precious Ngobese and *****gwa Lehutso.

i asked them to send me their banking details to make cash payment, im still waiting till today.

they want to give bad credit record for something i don't even know.
