ISSUING SETTLEMENT LETTER TO INSURANCE COMPANY
My vehicle was written by Regent insurance as a result the insurance company has been requesting settlement balances from MFC. The matter has been on-going and the documents have not been provided to the insurance company. The accident happened in August 2015 and we are now in October 2015 and the case is still pending.
