Is This the price to pay for early debit orders!!!! **** Service

I want my money!! MFC has debited my account yet my salary has not been paid . My relative deposited funds in my account in trying to assist me so I can come up to Jhb over the long weekend, now the ******* of MFC have taken my money! They assume that since it December salaries are paid earlier, now I am left without funds and my account overdrawn due to unauthorized debit for my vehicle finance.I asked clearly when they called me that my account might be debited early that they will first check if my salary has been paid and they advised yes. I am now left with an overdrawn account due to that the funds that I had on account was not even sufficient to offset the debit order. Who is going to be paying these bank charges? Is this the price one has to pay to ensure that their debit orders have been paid in time?

I have called them today the 14 Dec 2018 and spoke to Trevor at about 8:45 to date nobody has contacted me.I have tried twice to call and ended up speaking to a team leader who rudely told me it not the business fault and my refund will only be paid in 4-7 working days. So my question is how am I to live the entire long weekend without funds and yet I had a planned trip to go to Jhb on Sunday!!! What a **** service !!! My salary will only be paid by the 18th but now I have to suffer the entire long weekend due to hungry ******* who are looking after themselves.

I demand my refund to be paid today if not early morning tomorrow the 15th of Dec 2018!!!!
