Irregularities MFC

<p>I am puzzled by MFC. There are charges added onto my MFC account without any explanation. I have paid for over 60 months and I cannot get out of debt with MFC, as evertime that I thin k I am making progressing there are charges added to the account withou expalanation. I have probably paid over 200 000 for a car that is now 8 years old, a 2009 model and MFC just keeps on piling more interest and charges, stating my account is in arrears, repossessing my car without correct process being followed and other poeples documenation being attached to my account. My ACCOUNT NUMBER : ********** 0001 and this has been and continues to be the biggest ripp-off of all time. How can you do this to lawa abiding citizens. Through difficult times I have paid my account and managed to survive and yesterday I get an email stating my account is in arrears with R4600 and I can pay it off over 4 months or they can debit me directly with no detaisl or break down. MFC is the worst vehicle financer and i will never recommend anybody to MFC . I also asked that the iregular conduct surrounding the repossession of my vehicle last year be throughly investigated, since theperson who took my car never had any identification and was not a shariff of the court and brought papers and contact history from another client. I wa not knowing these things and alsways wanting to do the right thing was stupid enough to let him take my car. I than had to pay R11410 back just for MFC to add more charges on the account. I read in the media a few years back how staff were taken to disciplinaries for irregularities regarding repossessions and i therefore feel it is fair to have my account investigated. </p>
