IRON FISTED- MFC MANAGER RUBY GRAAF

I had the worst experience dealing with a bank manager RUBY GRAAF who lacks empathy manners and understanding,She is aggressive and her threatening attitude is appalling.I Understand I was in arears but after making a payment towards arrears on a date she demands I contacted her to extend the arrears payment date by a week she immediately refers me to TOP INVESTIGATORS for the second time which she seems to get joy of the fact that it's costing me a R1000 for a phone call from them to tell them of my arrangement which now I Owe a further r2000 added to the arrears of R5450 .so don't bother calling mfc as per the website which suggests we do to get assistance rather we deal with top investigators since we referred to them at a charge of R1000 per call . I regret leaving WESBANK for MFC. Stay away from MFC...BAD NEWS!!!
