Intrest rate increase under debt review

Hi, I am currently under debt review(debt rescue). My documents have not yet gone to court nor has my debt counselor received any amendments to my documentation or payment plan. However i get an sms from MFC that my interest rate is going to increase by 0.5% and my payment on the plan that was agreed upon is going to change. however no documentation has been signed with regards to this 0.5% increase.

You cant just change the deal if nothing has been signed off. I mean i am under debt review because i can already not afford your premiums. How is increasing it without consultation or agreement allowed or even possible?

After lodging a complaint on their website they send me a mail back that states :\Please note we are unable to action this request as it is from a third parties e-mail adress. if you do not have and e-mail adress or fax, please provide a signed letter giving us permission to action requests\"

What the hell does that mean? It seems to me like you are just avoiding my questions to your ******** practices by telling me you are not going to help me with some strange e-mail
"
