Interest for 5 years upfront??

Hi there. I purchased a vehicle in June. MFC have charged me interest for the 5 year term upfront. I have called and the call center cannot help me. It is my understanding that interest is levied on a monthly basis - as this app**** with my previous vehicle loan, and also applies currently with my bond. I am going to take this up with the relevant Tribunal/Commission if I am not assisted.
