Insurance Loaded That Was NEVER Requested

From July 2014 an amount of R 296.63 was deducted from my bank account for vehicle insurance via VPlus Brokers. This was on instruction from MFC. I went to my old JHB address on the 05th April 2015 and found a letter in regards to the insurance. I had not agreed nor have I authorised any such insurance to be loaded due to the fact I had always had comprehensive insurance via either Dial Direct / Budget insurance. Since July last year my life has changed drastically, I have moved houses and had a child and had servere financial constraints. I could not afford for any additional funds to be deducted has I had a very tight budget. This insurance was initiated without my knowledge / consent. MFC had my email address (my preferred method of contact)
