Insurance cover add to my debit order without my consent.

MFC a div of Nedbank sent me a message for the new instalment which was higher after the 0.75% base interest rate. When I contacted MFC on *** they told me that there is an insurance cover added on my debit order yet no one contacted me to add the motor vehicle insurance or notify me that my debit order now include add product. Of which the vehicle is insured because there is no way I could get the car from the dealer without insurance. Who gave the third part my details to motor insurance cover on my car without my consent and authorize the debit order without my consent? MFC a div of Nedbank is not willing to answer this question but they are requesting a confirmation that I have a cover so that they can cancel. I have no idea which insurance company, no policy number, but they gave me this contact for Motor Happy insurance ***.
