Insurance cancelled without permission

I have 2 cars financed through MFC GWM M4 which is also insured through mfc's insurance broker and my Audi TT is insured through Naked insurance so then i get asked for proof of insurance on the Audi TT. I then send it through and the guy handling the matter couldnt read properly and cancels the GWM. So now i am driving a uninsured car which you guys wrongfully cancelled the insurance. I have been having a endless battle with Thabang Letshabo without luck. I have consulted a lawyer and i am in good standing that if anything happens to the vehicle you will be held responsible as i did not give permission to cancel and i was up to date with payments no claims was made or anything negative from my side. I suggest a superior contact me so we can get this matter resolved im tired of hearing the excuse "we are investigating" when 3 of your employees admitted to where the fault is coming from.
