Insurance ****

I received a call from DBI Brokers "phoning on behalf of MFC" to offer me car insurance for my vehicle which is financed through MFC. I told them no, I have insurance, they acted like they understand. On debit order date, I was charged an extra R1000 on my premium. When I enquired, I was told it is for a comprehensive car insurance policy. I was in disbelief! I sent them proof that I have my own reputable insurance on the 22nd of August and MFC said that they'll refund me. This has not happened MFC is a joke, I have to call every day, email etc. but they are just not helpful when it comes to my refund, I will lay this matter before the NCR. I will draft a email tonight and lay a formal complaint. I wish I rather did business with Wesbank, Absa or Standard.
