Innovative group group(mfc)

I ve brought my car through mfc i ve also accepted the service plan from innovation group telephonicaly and the add the services plan monthly installment to my car installment i dd nt problem with that my problem is i only service the car for two years when i go for the 3rd time they told me my contract is expired while even today im still paying that amount i ve asked them to send me the contract since last year November they nt received it so can you pls assist me to get thst innovation contract because i ve just accepted telephonicaly
