Innovation Service Plan - Reimbur*****t Query

Please clarify as I am sick and tired of this hide and seek situation regarding the service plan reimbur*****t. I took the service plan from Innovation via MFC finance . I realized that the service is not worth it according to the amount that they have charged and was not disclosed by Innovation from the beginning and decided to cancel the policy. As per MFC they have paid Innovation R 16 461 and only be reimburse R 11 135 by Innovation after the cancellation of the policy . Please clarify what happened to the R 5326 differences from the R 16 461 and the 2 premiums that was also debited from my account after the cancellation. I have contacted both MFC and Innovation to find out about this matter nobody has the proper answer Innovation saying I need to inquire to MFC and MFC says I need to inquire to Innovation.
