Innovation Group - on behalf of MFC - Service Plan
The Innovation Group phoned me on behalf of MFC selling a service plan. After calculations, the plan made sense to me an would be more a savings plan for when services do take place. When I received my first statement from MFC, there was an 'Herstruktuur aanwysigings - db\ of R7762 added over and above the agreed monthly amount. Never was I told 1) that the total amount would be deducted once off
