Injustices done to consumers by Nedbank

On the 28th February 2023,I was called by Ms Zinhle and Mr.Nhlapo,who said that they were from government and they got my information from National Credit Regulator. They are investigating consumers that have been overcharged, and I was one of such consumers. I asked Ms. Zinhle where she got my personal information as POPI Act doesn't allow. She forwarded the call to Mr. Nhlapo who agreed with her, and my worries was that they got my ID number, Bank details and my contact. I asked Mr. Nhlapo who's going to pay you for doing that, as I am not interested in that. He told me that they were going to investigate and came back to me after seven days. Seeing that seven days passed without been contacted, I called Experian and gave me National Credit Regulator (C57391) to lodge complaint with, which I did the same day. I even called Capitec Bank to inform them about the issue and I was told that the is a debit order of R10788.63 which will be debited on the 18th March 2023, which is unstoppable or reversed. I called MFC consumers care, and I was told that I am under deptreview, which I disputed with them and told them to debit my account as I am having a contract with them. They told me they are not going to do that as they are having instructions to stop my legal debit order and continue with the *****ulent one. YMA Consulting never had my PAYSLIP, PROOF OF RESIDENCE, COPY OF ID and three months bank statement, which I did explain to MFC consultant and asked for the *****ulent documents that they received from YMA CONSULTING. Indeed the documents they send to me from YMA CONSULTING, was never sent to me by YMA Consulting as even the signature was forged. The rest is history On the 30th September 2023,around 11h00 I went to Nedbank head office in Sandton asking to speak to Office of CEO and hand the *****ulent documents to the office, I was denied the opportunity to do that by the same people who failed me from 7th March 2023 to the 30th September 2024. Hello Peter you are the only people who can help me hand over this *****ulent documents as I am having more of this injustices documents that is happening to us as consumers.
