Inefficient, greedy MFC

Sadly,this merchant is very slack and uninterested in clients who have paid up all their money. If we dare to get into debt for a single month, they will come down on you with all guns blazing . Yet I have always paid consistently and promptly on due date. Now however, when the debt has been cleared they are refusing to release my car's log book. As a result I cannot sell the car and have no proof of ownership. The agreement was that as soon as I finish paying off the financing by MFC, they will release the log book. It is very frustrating because they refuse to assist when we call and cut the calls. I also had financing with Wesbank, but as soon as I paid up the car they released the log book immediately and even couriered it to me. I wish there was someone there who could deal with this serious complaint.
