Indifference and breach of internal procedures

I had a conversation with Ms Eunice Masoanganye on 18/09/2015 at 12:39 pm regarding 1 month arrears, I told her that I am currently seeking employment and I will make arrangements to pay as soon as I can, She said she would keep an eye on the account and get back to me. She never did, instead I am receiving threats from Mr Ntho see below. Im disgusted by the service, I would rather sell the vehicle to go to Wesbank than put up with this.<br> <br> \I am not surprised i come across people like you on a daily basis
