Incorrect information causing bad reputation

Dear MFC.

Please can I kindly ask that next time any person requests for a settlement amount on the arrears, INCLUDE THE ARREARS INTEREST!

I spoke to a consultant that was very helpful but now going through my account it is still in arrears by a stupid amount just because you guys don't add the arrears interest to the settlement amount but only after the arrears have been paid the first time.

Now on my account it seems I have been in arrears twice in one month.

Fix this! as this was not my fault, it was you not giving me correct info.
