Incorrect debit order date, causing me banking fees

My contract states that debit should be on the 25th but every month my cheque account would charge me failed debit because you debit on the wrong day!!!! why did we have a contract if you will just breach it. please stop debiting on the 24th i get paid on the 25th even if the 25th is on a Saturday debit on the 25th
