Incorrect allocation of funds due

Good Day, I have been paying for my MFC account with the required instalment every month and for the last 3 months i have been paying more than what is required. this morning to my surprised, not once, but twice i had a debit order of different amounts that were deducted on my bank account for whatever reason, i don't know. I did call the call centre regarding this and they told me to send proof of payment, which i did. Never got a response from the consultant (Angela Mphaga), who was assisting me with the query. I sent her an email on the 30Nov2015 for the payment i made on the 26Oct2015. I think the issue wasn't sorted out because the amount is being deducted for the second time. First in Nov and now in Jan. I don't know what the heck is going, but someone fix this and fast cause you will be arguing with me if i have to log a complaint about my bank fees or charges to be paid by MFC because of this. <br>
